Youth Development

Islam has placed the responsibility of developing our Youth on every Ummah and NCMCC takes this responsbility seriously. NCMCC has a vibrant youth wing made of teenagers and young adults. The NCMCC leadership actively looks for opportunities to develop and engage the young members of the organization. These include and are not limited to:
– Mentorship where older members provide mentorship throughout the year to younger members of the organization;
– the NCMCC Youth Workshop where children age groups x through to young adults are engaged on specific topics from social to religious affecting each age group. These workshops are free and help inspire, motivate, and equip our community to develop innate abilities to be better and more pious all-round individuals;
– the Youth Leadership Program where effective communication, public speaking and leadership skills are taught through the process of learning by doing.
– the NCMCC Project Future Generations which is geared at getting NCMCC Youth more involved in the day to day activities and preparing the Youth for future leadership.
Our Youths are also encouraged to participate in the Youth Volunteer Program.
